Contact us with your work order number to coordinate service. Coverage, authorizations, and applicable service fees depend on your warranty provider and plan.

Can I get updates by text?

How much is the diagnostic visit?

The private-pay diagnostic fee is $65. Repair costs are discussed after diagnosis. For home warranty work orders, the service call fee depends on your warranty plan.

Is there a warranty on the service?

Yes. Our service warranty is 30 days. A covered return visit does not incur another $65 diagnostic fee. Contact us about the original repair so we can review the issue.

What are your service hours?

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM. Saturday: 8:00 AM–3:00 PM. Closed Sunday. All times are Eastern Time. Requests received outside these hours are reviewed during service hours.

How should I prepare for the visit?

Have the appliance model number and your work order number, if applicable, ready. Please provide clear access to the appliance and describe any error codes or symptoms.

What if my repair needs a part?

After the diagnosis and required approval, we coordinate the part order. Availability and delivery times vary. We will update you when we have delivery information and can arrange a return visit.

How can I pay?

We accept cash, check, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, and card. Card payments include a separately disclosed 2.9% processing fee in checkout.

Have your work order number ready. We coordinate your visit, report the diagnosis, and request any authorization your warranty company requires. Your provider determines coverage and the applicable Service Call Fee. Parts and return visits depend on approval and availability. After service, please review and complete the sign-off request sent to you.
